Our Recruitment Process Works

Silent Search Recruitment: Precision, Discretion & Commitment 

 

Through trusted relationships and meaningful industry connections, we identify and engage high-quality candidates before they enter the open job market. This proactive approach eliminates bidding wars and last-minute withdrawals, ensuring genuine commitment and alignment with your role. 

 

While we can advertise on job boards if required, approximately 90% of our assignments are conducted as confidential, silent searches.

 

Client Debrief & Candidate Engagement 

 

Our process begins with a comprehensive client briefing. Wherever possible, we visit your site or manufacturing facility to gain a deep understanding of your operations, leadership style, and company culture. 

 

Before launching a local, national, or global search, our marketing team develops tailored information packs and visual assets aligned with your brand, culture, and role requirements. 

 

Our research team then conducts detailed market mapping, building a targeted database of relevant industries, organisations, locations, and comparable roles. We leverage our network to obtain trusted referrals from senior leaders and experienced professionals within the industry.

 

Candidate Identification & Assessment 

 

We manage the full recruitment lifecycle on your behalf, including: 

  • Confidential silent searches, supported by Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), prior to sharing sensitive information 

  • Targeted pre-screening, enabling informed and discreet industry conversations 

  • Salary insights and surveys, with compensation expectations validated multiple times and documented where required 

  • In-depth interviews, conducted face-to-face or via video, assessing capability, cultural alignment, and development potential. Optional recorded interviews to support stakeholder engagement without delays 

  • Shortlists are presented using a structured evaluation matrix, typically featuring three to five highly suitable candidates.

End-to-End Process Management

We oversee every stage of the process to ensure a positive and professional experience for both clients and candidates, including:

  • Coordination of client and candidate interviews 

  • Management of psychometric assessments and medicals (where required) 

  • Flexible, tailored reference checking aligned to your priorities 

  • Salary negotiation and offer management, from verbal acceptance through to signed contracts and onboarding 

  • Post-placement follow-up to ensure long-term success for all parties

Silent Search Fee Structure

Silent Search Campaigns include:

  • Network Referral Campaign 

  • Business Mapping 

  • Candidate Information Pack 

  • NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) ​

Fee between 12.5% to 15%. Depending on complexitity of the role, location and whether it is on a Retained or Contingent basis. 

All fees are calculated on the Total Annual Commencing Remuneration. T&C's apply. 

Executive Search Fee Structure

Executive Search/ Headhunting Campaign includes:

  • Advertising on LinkedIn and Seek

  • Network Referral Campaign 

  • Business Mapping 

  • Candidate Information Pack

Fee between 15% to 18%. Depending on complexitity of the role, location and whether it is on a Retained or Contingent basis. 

All fees are calculated on the Total Annual Commencing Remuneration. T&C's apply. 
Reach Out Campaign - Invitation Only
  • Periodic invitations giving select clients access to a curated selection of pre-assessed candidates 

  • All candidates have completed our recruitment process, but were not appointed in a recent search 

  • Many are not actively seeking roles and are not visible on job boards 

  • Each invitation includes a concise summary of industry experience and professional background 

  • Further information or introductions are provided where alignment is identified 

  • We welcome the opportunity to discuss the Reach Out campaign and add you to our distribution list for future invitations.

Placement Fee Structure (Based on Total Annual Commencing Remuneration. Terms and Conditions apply.) â€‹â€‹

$200,000 or under: $15,000 + GST

$200,001 – $399,999: $20,000 + GST 

$400,000 or over: $30,000 + GST 

Our Outplacement Services

Our Outplacement services have been created to help with the uncertainty during the process between the employer and the employee when potential retrenchment is around the corner.

  • Faster Job Placement:​

    • Increase the likelihood of finding new employment more quickly by leveraging expert advice and resources.​

    • Offers access to job market insights, network opportunities, and exclusive job boards.

    • Provides training to improve or learn new skills, enhancing employability in a competitive market.​

  • Preservation of Professional Reputation​:

This is a 4-hour service at $770 plus GST (Free 30 mins) per employee.
