Before returning to recruitment, Cheryl spent over eight years as a Business Owner and General Manager. Having sat on both sides of the hiring table, she understands the commercial pressures businesses face when making key recruitment decisions. That experience allows her to look beyond a job description and focus on finding someone who will add long-term value to a team and the wider business.
